Anne Hansley,
management consultant and master trainer brings to each relationship more than
25 years of engineering and problem solving experience. Her hands-on style and
expertise has assisted organizations of all shapes and sizes in achieving their
priority objectives while increasing profitability.
Anne’s
experience includes consulting for Six Sigma Qualtec with customers all over the
world in various industry segments including manufacturing, finance, health
care, government, and all kinds of organizations. Prior to working for Qualtec
she played a key role in the development of Florida Power and Light’s
submittals to the Japanese Union of Scientists and Engineers in their successful
bid for the Deming Prize in 1989. At FPL she developed statistical problem
solving and control chart materials that are still used today by hundreds of
organizations and thousands of end users and trainers in the practical
applications of those techniques. Prior to joining FPL she applied more
traditional I.E. techniques with Motorola and Bendix Avionics.
She is a
Master instructor of numerous courses and certified in Malcolm Baldrige and ISO
assessments. She has served as an examiner in Florida and North Carolina in
their state Quality Assessment programs. An experienced conference speaker, she
is author of numerous management guides and training workshops.
Today she
serves customers throughout the world with expert facilitation, system design
and training. Her intent is to bring the practical tools and techniques
she has helped so many companies apply successfully to organizations focused on
significant process improvement.
