Bruce Kelsey is a Senior Consultant with PROMAX Consulting Services, Inc.
Bruce's concentration is on the delivery of consulting and training for business
process improvement and the CPI/ISO/QS 9000 series of quality management system
standards.
Bruce has more than 20 years of experience with quality programs in military,
industrial, educational, and commercial organizations. He has extensive
experience in quality assurance/quality control, and coordination and management
of capital-intensive projects from the nuclear power industry. For the past
several years, Bruce has worked closely with senior management in improving
business processes. He has demonstrated the ability to help managers achieve
significant ROI through elimination of quality deficiency. He has worked with
quality departments to help them better support Operations.
Bruce has a breadth of experience in implementing successful quality systems
in a diversity of industries. He has been involved with business leaders such as
Florida Power & Light, Cornell University, the Department of Veteran's
Affairs, and the US Postal Service. He served with FP&L during their noted
achievement of the prestigious Deming Award for Quality, and with Six Sigma
Qualtec as Administrative Manager and Senior Project Manager.

Bruce is a Certified Lead Auditor and Master Instructor. He has taught

He is a veteran, having served in the US Navy nuclear submarine service.
