Kevin
Drayton is a Senior Consultant with PROMAX Consulting Services, Inc. Most
recently he worked with the United States Post Office to bring Process
Management expertise to the CustomerPerfect! Initiative resulting in a dramatic
increase in on-time delivery of first-class mail.

Kevin
consulted with the Department of Energy, Secretary Hazel O’Leary, on Strategic
Alignment Initiatives, resulting in 1.7 billion dollars worth of budget savings.
Those consultation efforts involved Business Process Reengineering, as well as
organizational cost analysis and staffing alignments.

Achieved
success in helping client (Bete Fog Nozzle, Inc. of Greenfield, MA) become
registered to ISO 9001 under AGA Quality. BFN achieved registration status on
first pass making them part of an elite 25% who can claim this distinction.
He was also instrumental in similar registration efforts with two
divisions of Albany International, Albany, NY and Insulated Materials
Incorporated, Schenectady, NY.

Designed
and taught one of the first TQM programs developed specifically for front-line
personnel. He simplified the SPC ideas and practices and designed worksheets,
which helped participants to understand the mathematics involved.

Developed
training programs for Mobile Exploration & Production Division of Mobile Oil
Corporation based on TQM and Business Process Reengineering practices saving 750
million dollars just in the Gulf of Mexico. They have adopted his methodology as
a worldwide quality practice.

At
General Electric Co., he achieved reductions in excess of 1.6 million dollars in
the area of materials quality due to enactment of Workout! philosophy
at suppliers’ houses. He assisted in establishing positive synergistic effects
due to increased communication and understanding between all parties.

Achieved
a reduction of material shortages to the Bradley Fighting Vehicle Turret Drive
Program Manufacturing by 76% within 3 months of stepping into position. He
promoted team relationships at suppliers’ houses via formation of Continuous
Process Review Teams in both the electrical and mechanical supplier communities.
The net effect was a measurable 2.5 million dollars over the one-year period
