Mary Anne Waldemayer is a Senior Consultant with PROMAX Consulting Services,
Inc. who specializes in the establishment and implementation of systems designed
to measurably improve performance. She has served national and international
clients from both the public and private sector. Her clients have included the
United States Postal Service, US West, OPM, Federal Express, Nuclear Electric
(Great Britain) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Monroe Regional
Medical Center.
Previously, Mary Anne worked for eighteen years with Florida Power and Light
Company where she gained first-hand knowledge of quality improvement. She was an
important part of FPL's successful challenge for the coveted international
quality prize, the Deming Prize. FPL was the first company outside Japan to win
this prestigious award.
Mary Anne was instrumental in the success of process management at the USPS
through her leadership and facilitation of one of the key initial pilot sites.
She has a broad spectrum of experience coupled with outstanding people
skills. She has practical knowledge as well as the unique ability to work with
people to make improvements.
In addition to her other accomplishments, Mary Anne is a successful writer as
