MPTQM Certification Baseline Assessment

Our MPTQM baseline assessment will provide a jump start on the implementation of MPTQM and help ensure that your organization will achieve the largest economic benefits possible.

This on-site assessment will provide your organization a series of guidelines, tools, hands on techniques and recommendations that will enable it to create and implement an effective and certifiable MPTQM program at the lowest possible cost.

MPTQM ‘s objective is to help large and small mailing organizations increase process quality.

Our assessment integrates key tools and methodologies that ensure the organization is able to develop a successful MPTQM implementation in order to achieve that objective.

Using the information provided as a starting point, the organization can enhance the quality assurance procedures already in place in their company and then follow our recommendations to fill in the gaps identified.

Regardless of the size or type of mailing operation, there are several activities necessary in creating a MPTQM program. Your company may have accomplished some of these. If not, don’t be too concerned. The information obtained from the assessment will direct you in the modification of your existing quality assurance system or define how to create a new one from scratch.
