PROMAX's
Champion Training embraces the BOK (body of
knowledge) required to properly function as a project or
process champion in
any environment, service or manufacturing, healthcare,
pharmaceutical, government, etc. - Our Master Black Belt
instructors have experience implementing lean six sigma in a
variety of organizations and are able to guide you through an
understanding of lean six sigma while preparing you to lead the
effort.
We also train Black Belts and Green Belts at the same locations
that the Champions are trained in. So you can make the
training a team effort and network in the evening after class.
By scheduling congruent training we are able to ensure that
your project team hears the same message you  are
hearing. You may even assist them in class during the
defining stage of your project development.
This training begins your
understanding of the body of knowledge required to become certified as a Black
Belt through the ASQ (American Society for Quality) Black Belt
Certification process, all participants become certified as a
Champion through PROMAX upon completion of the three days of
training.
