This
course is designed to provide a broad understanding of the
Lean Six Sigma improvement methodology, concepts, and
language, along with a complete toolbox of basic process
improvement methods applied within the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC
framework, including basic Statistical Process Control Charts.
This course is targeted at a wide audience of Lean Six Sigma
team members who need familiarity with the overall process and
the process improvement basic tools. With a heavy practice
orientation, as much as 1/3 of your time will be spent working
through interactive practice exercises and online assessments.
Course duration is 180 days.
As you
become proficient in all of the tools necessary to define,
measure, analyze, improve, and control Six Sigma improvement
projects, you will be prepared to play an important role as
part of a Six Sigma improvement team.
