services in support of OMB Circular A-76 Studies.
PROMAX performs all
activities necessary for evaluating the Most Efficient
Organization and for making the transition to a performance
based contract. Our approach is multi-disciplined and
includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:

improvement

current performance against quality assurance methods used
and metrics available, recommend improvements and/or changes

performance based statement of work
Recommend innovative approaches to
QASP and it’s
implementation
Identify potential risks based upon current contract
provisions and execution for transition of the current
contract to a performance-based vehicle
Outline
strategies based upon solutions proven successful within
Government and industry.
Provide
cost benefit analysis and pros and cons of recommendations.
