PROMAX provides surveys of both internal and external customers for the organization. Survey/Assessment Support

Our consultants develop and conduct surveys or assessments at all levels of the organization. Their success within the governmental and commercial arena is indicative of the caliber of consulting we are capable of. Our consultants have substantial experience and skills at conducting surveys and assessments in many industries including such companies as: General Electric Co., RCA Computer Systems, Modular Computer Systems, Daimler Benz, AO Smith - EPC, The United States Postal Service, The Department of Veteran's Affairs, Nuclear Electric (plc) the United Kingdom, BMW, Ameritech, AT&T, Lucent Technologies and many others already captured on the bios attached.
We are able to plan and implement the surveys/assessments in order to gather the most valuable information then utilized to identify gaps within the organization. We not only assist in the design or development of the survey, but we also assist in the collection of the data for the survey to be certain that time management for staff is enhanced and not infringed upon. We understand how to develop statistically valid random samplings on a survey in order to generate the most effective survey results.
PROMAX can develop a database in which all data is introduced and interfaced. This data is then used to develop the appropriate charts, graphs and analyses. We review both qualitative and quantitative data to be certain that we are getting the best results in terms of visual representation for the statistical tools and techniques.

We appreciate and understand the importance of testing a survey to be certain that it isn't too cumbersome to use but mainly to be sure that the proper data is being captured and that those collecting the data understand why they are collecting it and not skewing the results of the collection or survey because of lack of understanding of the documents being used to collect the data.
We generate all the reports associated with the data collection. These reports will always be backed up with the data collected and the various charts, graphs and analyses will always accompany the summation documents in order to generate a better understanding of the survey or assessment. We will also make appropriate suggestions, recommendations, and corrective actions based on the data collection or assessment. Based on those recommendations and suggestions, we will assist in developing a realistic action plan for the agency/organization and assist in the implementation of the action plan in order to generate the best results on the corrective actions recommended.
